Yes. Every Sacxaze bag is handcrafted in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, by skilled local artisans who pay close attention to every detail.
3. What kind of hardware do you use?
We use premium custom hardware for Sacxaze to ensure durability, functionality, and a timeless finish.
4. Do you have ready stock?
All item Pre-Order.
- Pre-Order: Production takes approximately 7–21 business days.
Looking for a different color or size?
We offer custom color and size options. Just send us a message—we’d be happy to help.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship both within Indonesia and worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item was damaged during shipping.

8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before they enter production process or are shipped.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
